Vladimir Bogatyrev

Vladimir Bogatyrev managed the Soviet national team in the 1990 Goodwill Games and 1991 Intercontinental Cup and was head of the Soviet Baseball Federation. He previously had been manager of the Soviet cycling team. His son Ilya Bogatyrev played in the minors; two other Bogatyrevs played for Russia in the 1990s and are presumably related.
