Vittorio Granai was the first right fielder for the Guatemalan national team; in the opener of the 1930 Central American Games, he had two of their four hits against Gold Medal-bound Cuba. He only had one at-bat in their other games to finish at .400, which was the best mark on the team. He had one putout in the field.
