Biographical Information

Victor Orozco played in various Mexican minor leagues from 1962 to 1976 and again in 1981, joining the Mexican League for the first time in 1966. He set the Mexican Southeast League stolen base record in 1967, when he stole 56 bases for the Campeche Pirates.
