Biographical Information

The brother of Eddie Murray, Rich Murray, Charles Murray and Leon Murray, Venice Murray played one season in the minor leagues. With the 1978 Cedar Rapids Giants, Murray hit .228/~.305/.302 in 96 games. He stole 8 bases in 11 tries. He fielded .972 in 66 games at first base, .839 in 18 games at second base, .917 in five games at shortstop and .800 in two games at third base.

He later scouted for the Philadelphia Phillies (1999-2002 [1]).
