Two fundamental principles of a wiki are linking and categorization
- Linking - add "wiki links" (
[[...]]
) any approprite and relevant subject that is related to the context - Categorization - add approprite categories to articles, or create propose new ones at Category Criteria

You seem to have the idea that improving articles means removing a whole bunch of information from existing articles. That's not a very useful approach to things. Your contributions will be more appreciated if you focus on adding missing information to underdeveloped articles rather than needlessly trimming decent text. --Philippe 03:54, 24 July 2012 (EDT)
