Biographical Information

Tsugio Abe has been a junkball pitcher in Japan's industrial leagues, joining Fuji Heavy Industries after high school in 1991 and remaining with them for two decades. He pitched for the Japanese national team in the 2010 Asian Games, 10 years older than any of the team's other hurlers.
