Troy Caradonna has been a player, scout and agent.

Caradonna hit .281/.358/.369 as a freshman at Duke, .322/.382/.376 as a sophomore, .288/.322/.335 as a junior and .309/.347/.422 as a senior, starting each season. Undrafted, he was signed by the New York Yankees. He was 1 for 14 for the 2003 Staten Island Yankees, then hit .234/.298/.297 as their #3 catcher in 2004. Overall, he had batted .216/.274/.272 with 9 runs and 9 RBI in 43 games as a pro, while fielding .984 at catcher with 6 passed balls in 25 games. He worked for the Yankees from the 2005-2007, scouting Scott Patterson. He then became an agent.
