Tony Salin

Anthony Conrad Salin

A cabbie and baseball researcher, Tony Salin was the author of two baseball books before his untimely death at the age of 49. His book "Baseball's Forgotten Heroes" contained biographies of 15 players, mostly minor league, 19th-century or international stars. He later wrote a biography of Dave L. Roberts.
