Tom Winske

Tom Winske has coached college baseball for over a decade.

Winske was assistant coach at Fort Hays State for one year. He started the Green Bay East High School baseball program in 1991. He has also coached the De Pere Abbot Pennings High School team and American Legion baseball. Winske became head coach of St. Norbert College in 1999. He set a school record for wins (25-11) in 2000 then topped that mark at 26-10-1 in 2008, when the team led NCAA Division III in steals. In 2003, he took St. Norbert to its first NCAA Tournament. He repeated the feat in 2010. After 20 seasons and a 444-287-1 he moved to Central Michigan University as a volunteer assistant coach.

Away from the diamond, he has served as instructor of special education at Brown County Jail.
