Biographical Information[edit]
After spending several years as coach of Villa Park High School, Tom Tereschuk became head baseball coach at Chapman University in 2003. He led the team to the 2003 Division III College World Series title (their first NCAA Division III national title, although the school won the NCAA Division II title in 1968) as a rookie coach and led the school to the Division III College World Series a total of seven times in his first nine years. In March 2013, Tereschuk was placed on administrative leave by Chapman for "allegations regarding violations of university policy" [1]. He resigned at the end of the season.
