Biographical Information[edit]
Tom Foley played 18 games for the Chicago White Stockings in 1871.
Foley played for Rockford in 1869 and 1870. He is not the same Tom Foley who organized the White Stockings in 1869. He is the brother of Will Foley.
He umpired four games in the National Association in 1874 and 1875.
