Biographical Information[edit]
Tom Carcione was a coach for the Ottawa Rapidz in 2008 when he took over as interim manager for the fired Ed Nottle. He was confirmed as manager for 2009 at the end of the season, but the team filed for bankruptcy a few weeks later. He became head coach of Metropolitan State College for 2010.
