Biographical Information[edit]
Tom Brown came out of Maryland in 1962 and was in the majors with the Washington Senators in 1963. Brown was signed before the 1963 season and made his debut on April 8th. He played outfield and first base on a team that lost 106 games. His teammates included the 37-year-old Minnie Minoso. He is one of several major leaguers to go by the name "Tom Brown".
From 1964-1969, Brown was in the National Football League. He played in the first two Super Bowls for the Green Bay Packers.
