Biographical Information[edit]
Todd Pridy was selected by the Florida Marlins in 23rd Round of the 1992 amateur draft. In his first full professional season, 1993, he led the Midwest League with 30 doubles and led the Marlins' organization with 129 strikeouts.
He led the Western League with 21 home runs with the Salinas Peppers in 1996. He was the Western League Player of the Year and led the league with a .408 batting average and 146 hits while playing with the Sonoma County Crushers. He has been the head varsity baseball coach and a social sciences teacher at Napa High School in Napa, CA since 2003.
