The Art of Hitting .300
The Art of Hitting .300 is a book by hitting coach Charley Lau originally published in 1980. The cover photography is of George Brett who is used throughout as an example of the Lau technique of hitting. The book gives complete detailed coverage of his hitting philosophy. It also features photos and examples of how the great hitters in baseball meet his criteria for good hitting.
