Would anyone object if I got rid of the border and bolding from the template? It would look like this:

I like the idea of simplifying it and getting on one line, but I feel that it needs to maintain the link to How to contribute. I think that it's a good gateway link for potential editors to learn that they can edit. It is a top ten visited page, no doubt on account of its inclusion in this stub. How about:
