Biographical Information

Teegan Leader has held a variety of baseball jobs, some of them overlapping in time. From 2018-2020 he was an assistant coach at Penn State York. For most of 2018-2019 he also worked as scout for Baseball Info Solutions. In mid-2020 he joined the ITN Baseball and Softball Academy as a Player Development Coach. He stayed in this job through the end of 2023. Overlapping with his ITN career, Leader's next college coaching job was at Messiah University where he worked as a hitting coach in 2021. Leader moved to Penn State Harrisburg in 2022 as their hitting coach.

Starting in 2019 Leader also worked for the Baltimore Orioles organization. From 2019-2022 he was a Technology Coordinator Intern which involved in a variety of duties. He spent the 2019 season with the Frederick Keys. In 2023 the Orioles hired him to serve as a development coach for the FCL Orioles. He returned to this squad in 2024 as a hitting coach.
