Ted Washington was a shortstop in the dying days of the Negro Leagues. He was with the Philadelphia Stars when he was picked to play in the 1952 East-West Game. Starting at shortstop and hitting 7th for the East, he went 1 for 4 with a run and an error in a 7-3 loss.
