Biographical Information[edit]

Ted Roebuck was involved in baseball for over 50 years.

Roebuck played in Australia from 1967-1981. He played for the Queensland Rams in the 1967 and 1968 Claxton Shield and coached for them through most of the 1970s, managing them in 1978-1979. He coached for the Australian national team in the 1978 Amateur World Series, their first Amateur World Series. He coached for the Brisbane Bandits in the 1989-1990 ABL and 1992-1993. In 2000, he was inducted into the Queensland Baseball Hall of Fame. He was named Coach of the all-time Queensland All-Star team for the 75th Anniversary of the Claxton Shield.
