Ted Gerard-Thesingh
- Born January 10, 1939 in Pietermaritzburg South Africa
- Died March 18, 2017 in Worcester England
Ted Gerard-Thesingh was the first umpire inducted into the British Baseball Hall of Fame, making the 2011 class. He came to Britain from South Africa in 1979 and immediately begun recruiting and training umpires. He worked 13 national title games from 1982-1995. He worked the 1989 European Championship as well. The Amateur Baseball Umpires Association-Great Britain gives out an annual award named after Gerard-Thesingh.
