Multiple sources have Actor Jon Bernthal (Shane from Walking Dead) playing in pro baseball while in school in Russia 1 most only mention the European Baseball Federation as the league but this page makes it seem like not so much an actually league as a governing body. Now I of course trust us over others when it comes to baseball stuff so other than assuming he played on the russian national team, which is unlikely, do we have any ideas on where he would have played? --Biggtone23 20:00, 12 March 2012 (EDT)

There is a Russian League but I don't know of any good English-language sources about it. Years ago, a gentleman named Sergei Borisov had a website with year-by-year statistics (around 1996-2000) but I think his site and all its info have vanished. - --Mischa 09:14, 13 March 2012 (EDT)
