I'm trying to find out why Čech, Toufar and Hajtmar were ineligible in the 2007 European Championship. I believe it had to do with the insurance coverage teams need to provide for players under contract to US organizations but am not certain. Other teams like the Netherlands and Italy had players under US contracts in the 2007 EC and were not penalized, so the mere presence of pro players clearly was not the reason. - --Mischa 12:12, 19 May 2008 (EDT)
