Frank Gable grew up in the San Francisco area. Born in 1943, Frank was signed to play with the Washington Senators right out of high school. He played with the Senators for seven seasons in the 1960s making the All Star team one of those years. Eventually Frank would serve his Country in the Vietnam War. Frank returned to baseball as a manager following his tour of duty. Frank stayed active in baseball throughout his life and currently resides in Virginia.
