The Encyclopedia of Minor League Baseball and BR minors both list him as managing Topeka for 1925. The 1951 Register ( and BR minors) list him with Louisville from 1918 through 1928, so it seems likely he wasnt in Topeka. Its possible he started the year as manager but left quickly to return to playing for the Colonels. --Jeff 03:25, 9 November 2009 (EST)
