Someone put in: Also managed St Paul: 1890 WAssn, in 6/28; managed Rocheter; 1892 (41-29/27-28 1901 out at some point and 1911 (in 5/__, out 6/3). Is any of this right? - --Mischa 12:24, 7 November 2011 (EST)

Johnson & Wolff list A. M. Thompson as manager of St. Paul in 1890 and Sam Wise as manager of Rochester in 1892. They list Watkins as the only manager of Indy in 1901. The dates could be right for 1911, and its possible he was also a manager of the team in 1892 and was replaced in 1901, but I don't have any other reference for that. I'm pretty sure the 1890 is a typo for the 1891 stint. --Jeff 00:36, 8 November 2011 (EST)
