Why was this stubbed? What more information is needed to explain the term All-Star? - --Mischa 09:29, 19 October 2007 (EDT)

I didn't stub this, but I understand the logic: one could expand the article by explaining the origin of the term, the different methods of selecting an all-star and the difference between major league all-star (selected to play a specific game) and minor league (usually decided by vote at the end of a season). Could also list the players who have been All-Stars the most time. So, it's not yet complete. --Philippe 10:27, 19 October 2007 (EDT)
