The league likely played a first phase with all 18 teams in one group and then split into two division in a second phase, so there was no promotion or relegation. With a triple-round-robin-schedule you can end up this way: 3*17 games in phase one + 3*8 games in phase two = 75 games.--217.93.246.193 12:19, 23 February 2010 (EST)
