Biographical Information[edit]
T.J. Harrington has been a coach. He was drafted by the San Diego Padres in the 43rd round of the 1994 amateur draft out of high school but opted for college. He was a clubhouse assistant to the 1995-1998 Adirondack Lumberjacks, then was assistant strength coach at Siena College in 2001-2002. In 2003-2004, he was strength and conditioning coach for the Salt Lake Stingers. He was Niagara University's strength and conditioning coach in 2004-2005. In 2006-2007, he was roving strength and conditioning coordinator for the Los Angeles Angels. In 2008, he became the Angels' Strength and Conditioning Specialist.
