Biographical Information[edit]

Sylvian Raffard-Artigue was 4 for 13 with a run for New Caledonia in the 2003 South Pacific Games. [1] In the 2005 South Pacific Mini-Games, he was 2 for 7 with two runs. [2] He later was communications director for his alma mater, the University of New Caledonia. [3] He also was president of the New Caledonia Baseball Association. <ref> World Baseball and Softball Confederation
