Biographical Information[edit]
Sung-chul Kim was signed by the Lotte Giants in 1991, but he didn't play any games with the big club, and he left the team after the '91 season. He later coached Masan Yongma High School, and he became an umpire of the Korea Baseball Organization in 2002. Kim also worked the 2017 Asia Professional Baseball Championship, 2024 Premier 12 and 2024 Korean Series. His son Ri-an Kim joined the Kiwoom Heroes in 2022, so Kim couldn't work in Kiwoom's games.
