The Sunbury, PA team in the Interstate League kept changing affiliations at one time, going from being the Sunbury Reds in 1949 to the Sunbury A's in 1950 to the Sunbury Giants in 1951. The 1950 Sunbury A's finished last in the loop at 53-86-2, though they were third of the 8 clubs in attendance (53,049). Managed by outfielder George Staller (.283/~.356/.434), Sunbury scored 575 runs, the least in the league. Four pitchers lost 10 or more (two at 15+) while only one pitcher won even ten games. Al Busa (8-8, 2.41) was third in the league in ERA, though.
