Stuart Lake is a college coach.

Lake coached at Mid Carolina High School and Brookland-Cayce High School after college, coaching Brookland Cayce to a state title in 1998. In 1999, he became an assistant coach at the University of South Carolina, helping them to the 2002 College World Series finale. He was assistant for one year at the College of Charleston, then was an assistant at the University of Mississippi from 2004-2006. In 2007-2008, he was an assistant at The Citadel.

Lake returned to his alma mater, Charleston Southern, as head coach for 2009 and left after the 2016 season to be Coordinator of Baseball Administration and Director of Player Development at the University of South Carolina.
