Biographical Information

Steve Schmoll was signed by scout Clair Rierson and the Los Angeles Dodgers as a non-drafted free agent in May 2003. He made his pro debut that summer for the Ogden Raptors.

Schmoll pitched 48 games for the Dodgers in 2005. In 2006 and 2007, he was in the minors in the New York Mets organization.
