Biographical Information

Steve Mobberley played for Team Canada in the 1979 Pan American Games. He had a brief pro career, splitting the summer of 1980 between the Grays Harbor Loggers (.357/.491/.452, 23 R in 26 G) and Reno Silver Sox (.236/.433/.306 in 26 G), for a .463 OBP overall, with 38 runs in 52 games, drawing 44 walks while only fanning 11 times. He fielded .951 in 27 games at 2B and .941 in 12 at SS.
