Biographical Information[edit]
Pitcher Steve Glaum was taken by the San Diego Padres in the 18th round of the 1976 amateur draft, but did not sign. He signed as a free agent with the Detroit Tigers in 1977 and went 3-4 with a 5.63 ERA in 26 games (one start) for the Bristol Tigers that year, his only professional season.
Alongside outfielder/pitcher Joe Lefebvre, he was named 1977 Division II College World Series Co-Most Outstanding Player.
