Star Tribune
The Star Tribune is the principal daily newspaper in the state of Minnesota, published in Minneapolis, MN. It was formed in 1982 by the merger of the Minneapolis Star and the Minneapolis Tribune. Originally named the Minneapolis Star Tribune, it dropped the reference to the city in 1987 as it sought to cover the entire Twin Cities area, including St. Paul, MN.
