Biographical Information[edit]
Sin-keun Lim managed and coached in the Korea Baseball Organization.
Lim played for the South Korean national team in the 1969 Asian Championship. When the KBO was founded in 1982, the Samsung Lions signed Lim as a player-coach. He was 0-for-3 in his only season as a player, and he served as pitching coach of the Haitai Tigers from 1985 to 1987. Lim then went to the Taepyungyang Dolphins as pitching coach in 1988, and he was named the interim manager after Tae-jeong Kang left on April 22. The Ssangbangwool Raiders named him their bench coach when they were founded in 1990, but he passed away in 1991 because of heart attack.
