Biographical Information

Shin-Cheng Tseng played in the CPBL for 2 years.

Tseng was signed by the Uni-President Lions in 1992, and he went 0-for-3 in his first year. He hit 0-for-5 in 1994, then the Lions released him. After playing for amateur teams for 2 years, Tseng signed with the Taichung Agan in 1997. However, he only went 0-for-3 then he announced his retirement. He was 0-for-11 in his 3-year career.
