Biographical Information[edit]
Catcher Shaydron Buckridge played his 4th season in the minor leagues in 2008.
Buckridge went 4 for 34 with 4 walks in 2005 for the DSL White Sox. In 2006, he batted .268/.382/.293 for the Venezuelan Summer League White Sox affiliate. He played for Panama in the 2006 World Junior Championship. He hit .325/.439/.375 for the DSL White Sox in '07, finishing 5th in the Dominican Summer League in OBP and tying for 8th in average. In 2008, he went 9 for 41 with 5 walks and a double for the Bristol Sox. He was on Panama's preliminary roster for the 2009 World Baseball Classic.
