Biographical Information

Pitcher Scott Kannenberg was taken by the Chicago White Sox in the 4th round of the 1982 amateur draft, but did not sign. He did sign after being drafted by the California Angels in the 2nd round of the January 1986 amateur draft. He spent three seasons in the Angels system, never advancing beyond A ball. In 84 games, 51 starts, he was 19-32 with a 5.26 ERA.
