Sayonara
(Redirected from Sayonara homerun)
A sayonara hit or (more commonly) home run is the Japanese term for a game-ending, game-winning hit. As of 2006, the all-time NPB leader in sayonara homers is Kazuhiro Kiyohara with 12, followed by Katsuya Nomura with 11.
Sayonara means "goodbye" in Japanese.
