Biographical Information

Rubiel Moreno had a save and a 3.86 ERA in four games for the Panamanian national team in the 1994 Baseball World Cup, tying Dario Agrazal Sr. and Orlando Cano for the team lead in appearances. He was on the Panamanian team that took Gold in the 1997 Central American Games. He coached for Panama in the 2017 World Baseball Classic Qualifiers. In 17 seasons in Panama, he was 46-18.
