Rubén López (Conejo)

Biographical Information[edit]
Rubén López played for the Grises Orientales de Humacao and Cardenales de Río Piedras in Puerto Rico's amateur league. He played for the Puerto Rican national team that won the Silver Medal at the 1966 Central American and Caribbean Games. He was Coach of the Year in 1977. He is in the Puerto Rican Amateur Baseball Hall of Fame. He later was director of the recreation and sports department of Humacao.
