Biographical Information[edit]
Roy Hudson played in the minor leagues from 1933 to 1935.
With the Des Moines Demons, Wichita Oilers, Muskogee Oilers and Kansas City Blues in 1933, he hit .331 with 16 home runs and 27 doubles in 111 games. In 1934, he hit .318 with 12 triples and 16 home runs in 120 games for Des Moines. He led the Western League with 94 RBI. Back with Des Moines in 1935, he hit .284 with six dingers in 74 games.
Overall, he hit .314 in 305 games.
