Biographical Information[edit]
Roosevelt Gilliam was a college coach.
After being a high school coach, he became athletic director at Maryland State College from 1962-1967. He also coached football and baseball there, going 211-15 in baseball. He then scouted for the AFL's Denver Broncos. He later was an executive in government, private industry and a college.
