Biographical Information

Ron Voerman was active in Dutch baseball for many years.

He was accountant for the Royal Netherlands Baseball Association starting in the late 1960s and later was an administrator for them, serving as secretary of the baseball umpires commission and the softball umpires commission. He umpired in the top Dutch leagues in both baseball and softball. He was on the commission that handled Dutch baseball suspension and penalties from 1973-2008. He worked as an accountant for 71 years.
