Rolexis Molina played for 12 years in the Cuban Serie Nacional. He was 2 for 5 with 2 RBI in the 2002 World University Championship to help Cuba win Gold. He hit 7 sacrifice flies to tie Andy Zamora for the league lead in 2005-2006. In 2007-2008, Rolexis hit .315/.363/.425 and fielded .943 as a 3B-LF. Through that year, his 11th, he had hit .305 and slugged .420 for his career.
In 2008-2009, Molina batted .315/.352/.461 and hit 33 doubles for the Isla de la Juventud Pine Cutters. He was second in the circuit in doubles behind teammate Michel Enriquez. He had 11 assists in left field and fielded .978.
Molina then got married and move to Sicily. He signed with the Catania Warriors Paternò for 2010. Hitting fifth and playing left on Opening Day, he went 1 for 4 against Kris Wilson and three relievers in a loss.
