Rodolfo Velázquez was an outfielder for the Mexican national team in the 1990 Goodwill Games and 1990 Baseball World Cup. In the 1990 World Cup, he was 1 for 8 with a double. Primarily backing up Leonardo Ovies in CF, he had 3 putouts and one assist. He also played one game in LF, where David Trejo started. His lone hit came off future major leaguer Osvaldo Fernandez, though.
