Rockville Colored High School
The Rockville Colored High School opened in 1927 in Rockville, MD as the first high school to serve the city's African-American community at a time when segregation kept it out of the city's other schools. It became known as Lincoln High School after a relocation in 1935 and closed in 1961 as a result of de-segregation. Clarence Isreal went here.
