Biographical Information[edit]
Following his playing career, pitcher Robert Ellis coached baseball at Central Heights High School in Nacogdoches, TX. His son Duke Ellis played for him and later reached the majors.
Notable Achievement[edit]
- Won a World Series with the Arizona Diamondbacks in 2001 (he did not play in the World Series)
